In recent months, Australia has had problems laid into its hands stemming from tides of asylum seekers.
Offshore detention centers and sinking boats are two of the focal points in the asylum problem arena.
Possibly adding complexity to the situation, detainees sometimes seek to sue after an unfortunate event.
Asylum seekers approaching Australia are coming from a myriad of locations, some of them going beyond extended radius of Australia, and only separated from water.
For example, reports exist that asylum seekers include persons coming from Iran for varying reasons, including evasion from pressures of Islam or ['Sharia law'] resultant of their insistence not to conform to behavioral standards determined to be moral according to Islam guidance.
