In recent hours, May 2019, a man from Somerset, Britain, Matt Jeffery, said to be age 35, underwent similar circumstance, succumbing from wounds suffered at a bar reportedly at the hands' of other men from Britain, whom might have only been in their early 20s. Ethnic differences in this instance might not have been present to the degree of any comparison, if at all, perhaps even a contrasting situation.
Location of both altercations are about verified to be in the area of Laganas a resort known for partying in the island of Zakynthos.
