News: It is pretty much well known that the U.S. has spoken of seriously considering launching airstrikes on Syria.

Question: Is there a focus on the technological mechanism of airstrike?
There seems a limited amount of words, so not to be curt, is there a hang-up with airstrikes?
Here are a few reasons why the question is being asked:
There are other technologies that exist, or could be developed further that could possibly accomplish the same objective as airstrikes.
Decades ago, when airstrike technology might not have been as fine-tuned as it is now, in a situation such as the one in Syria, airstrikes might not have been the panacea alternative, it might have been some other course of action; so airstrikes can be interpreted by some as a trend of the era weighed on all the alternatives for an effective way to meet the objective.

Question: On the subject of objective, what is the objective, very crystallized, as we are talking about loss of life?  Popular press as a general theme, state that the purpose of airstrikes are to to send punitive sign, to Assad, the regime, that the use of chemical weapons, especially Sarin, and especially in consideration of reported losses of life blamed for Sarin use, has not been concurred on by parties that include the U.S.  This answer also comprises a news update.

Question: Are there ways other than airstrikes, to freeze, literally, the capacity of the chemical weapons or chemical weapons capabilities of a military that has been felt to be using chemical weapons unfairly?  
Technological development predicted for the future includes journeys to the center of earth, and many other technologies that are not in popular use as of yet.  30 years from now, the use of tonic technologies through the earth crust could be used against weapons facilities.

One of the concerns in the Syria situation is, the 'song', of socio-military actions on an international level, that have occurred to regimes of leadership in the Middle East viz the Arabian peninsula and nearby regions, that have amassed a solid power leadership.

Looking at what has occurred  in the past 25 years, regimes or leaderships that have been deposed, include that of Libya, and Iraq, namely Qhaddafi and Saddam Hussein.

Historically, the relationships with other world leaders shifted, and in the end, was violent turmoil before their end.

Regimes being established in the Middle East, or anywhere, are not, light, matters, it took many developments for them to get where they are.
For regimes to suddenly come to an abrupt end, resultant of young people causing chaotic violence, does not necessarily always have to be the end, referent comparatively chaotic developments which might be viewed as an improper balance respective to how the regime got started.

Question: Between now and a time window shouting bell tolling of airstrikes, are there some things that the Syria regime can do itself, to relax the situation, remedy the situation, repair, be in a condition that all parties can agree on, and an expanse of demands?

News: There was a bombing in Lebanon, October 1983, known as the U.S. Marine barracks tragedy.

Some analysts assert that the bombing was carried out because of a U.S. presence on the geographic location, not necessarily why the troops were there.

If this is going to be the prevailing attitude, or is the prevailing, that event is definitely something that can be taken into consideration of the situation.

News: As a roundup, the U.S. is reported to be seeking international/global support for airstrikes against Syria in reaction to Sarin chemical weapon usage, Russia has made statement about airstrikes Syria, and China has made statement cautioning airstrikes and rather stressing looking to political alternative.  At the same time other events in the world are taking place, or recently have.  
Question: A key word might be, isolation, and isolated.  Doers the situation in Syria, appear to be an isolated situation?  The world works together, economically, flows of food, natural resources, oil, water, communication, cultures, and so on.

Question: On the topic of the objective, the objective refers to loss of human life, what would be the loss of human life, not looking at who might comprise the loss, just the numbers, the result of developments drastically different?  The series of reactions, the chain reactions to whole new pictures of how society is set, can result in huge losses of life.

Witnessed was the situation in Egypt within recent weeks, with numbers nearing a thousand people, dead, separate from political biases, the number of dead in perspective of the forest from the trees, is the number.  The number occurred well after Mubarak was no longer at the reigns after being there for decades.  

A point of history, is the concept of 'Chair', to the Muslim people, especially those Arab.

Reactions that stem from reverence about the Chair, or Throne, in the context of region to region, can unfold in ways that might not have been anticipated from many in the Western world.

This 'Chair' spoken of, is not overridingly referring to chairing a committee, as a politician would, it has to do with a 'spiritual' concept that spans eternity.

Here are what can be taken as a few 'big' questions, 
Who is who on an individual person to individual person basis in Middle East, considering all the different ideologies, philosophies, schools of teaching, and for some, poorly taught upbringing, the question in the context of one side at odds with another?

There have been other places in the world that severe crimes of genocide took place, that airstrikes was not belabored in popular press as a prospect.  How does the entire world, everyone watching everybody, see this?

There is another unfortunate ray that points to evil darkness, which is, evil party planning come from outside the U.S. and any sovereign nation, which seeks to take advantage of developments in the world and try to lure the masses of people to focus on a situation involving violence.  This evil spoken of, could select a geographic region, then devise scheme after scheme, until televisions, radios, computer screens, magazines and newspapers around the world are inundated with the violent events, and tension of looming violence, suspense of extreme magnitudes of violence, and turmoil.  Who or what forms this evil?  Getting to the bottom of that evil, whoever or whatever they or it may be, as it might just be something along the lines of the winds of change, and tests, could help the situation, which is to head toward peace.
