As High Profile Cases Appear to Moving Toward Closure, Other Dimensions and Types of Crimes Against Women Present

What is meant by 'present'?, option one, that the problem is present, as in here, and needs to be dealt with?, or, another option, that are there are different kinds of problems that may for instance, be variants of older problems but affected by technology such as social media, or simply phenomenon that are a test for the times that present themselves? Or both? Today, this discussion is about both, so the title is left at what it is.
For the sake of time, and that there are a limited number of words in todays English, let it jut be spelled out briefly:
We, as in HCN, are not getting into the subtleties of the nuances of what defines gender. However, what defines gender-based violence as it relates to crimes against women, is information apt for this discussion.

Unfortunately, if there are not hundreds of situations/issues that are still ongoing, there are hundreds of cases that still have not been solved.

- What mentally conditions and drives men to commit violence against women may be embedded in the society and upbringing around them; hence what may be wrongfully considered 'okay' in one culture outside the USA, then those persons immigrate legally or illegally into the US, and commit acts of violence against women crimes, it is a contrast to the setting in the US.
- Domestic violence
- Femicide
- Matrimony, matrimonial based violence- violence against the property of a wife, or against her related aspects of marriage, for instance, in some cultures there may be or have been violence over dowry money
- The general attitude that there is an okay or green light to target and carry out violence against women because of trends in a society that does the same
- Human trafficking
- Violence, harassment in the workplace
- Systemic Sexual Abuse- this is an organized form of sexual abuse, frequently involving numerous perpetrators and victims and used to control, condition, of “initiate” victims. This type of ritualized abuse may be repeated frequently and be perpetrated under the guise of a spiritual expression or initiation into a gang or other secret or selective group.
