Attack on UN Office in Nigeria, a Sign of Impending Trends?

A United Nations (UN) office has been attacked by locals in Nigeria southern region Calabar, Cross Rivers State just prior to Sunday October 25th 2020

It may appear a local skirmish, manifestation of agitation. Locals in Nigeria disgruntled with perceptions of police brutality.

However, this went on while in places like the US, the 'Black Lives Matter' movement has been underway.
Here is what might be a fulcrum aspect, the thing, on a lense to put all of these in, in Nigeria, the police are of dark completion, basically what the 'Black Lives Matter' group is calling 'Black'.
This wraps once again to a bottom line point, using raced based mentality to try to accomplish objectives is not sound. And, it raises eyebrows as to whether police brutality is really the baseline of what the rioters are upset about.
Economic, socio-economic conditions have worsened for a number of places over the last year, plausibly repercussions of coronavirus outbreaks, measures taken by authorities over the outbreaks, general misbehavior among local youths, older folks abuse of power, abuse of authority while seeking power, lust for power, lust for drugs, lust for drug power, and the list of ills in that category continued.
