Big news, in some ways,- in other ways the same ol' same old might still be allowed to continue for at least a little longer. The warrant has its limitations and if-then scenarios. The bottom line, it is not stopping Putin from functioning.

Often what happens in a major natural catastrophe, is there are injuries that continue to debilitate while some heal. Nevertheless numbers of losses is often cited before numbers that improve.
