Violent Incidents Where Victims Age 12 and Under in 2017

The number of incidents involving danger to, serious injury, or even death, of kids under 12, is enough to be problematic on a national level, however, not often enough to be labeled a 'national problem'.
Before 2017 closes out, the subject is being brought up along with the hope the situation gets further addressed, before going into 2018.
