URGENT: Effective Method for Halting Assaults on Females in India

If, one were to research all of the recent assaults, and attacks on women, that have occurred in India over the last year, the list of incidents that would be compiled would be inordinately long.
In many cultures that have even a minimal amount of respect emphasized therein, assaults on females is despised.
The world knows there are many people per unit land area, high population density in many regions of India, and there are old cultural embedded senses of pride, and different educational levels, where some people described, as human beings, still don't get it, what is wrong is wrong, etc. Albeit, the possibility of international condemnation, in this era over 1300 years after the pilgrimage of Prophet Muhammad, Sayeedina, estimated 2014 years since arrival of Prophet Isa, referred also as Jesus, of the types of actions and their circumstances in short, alluding to the assaults over the past 3 or 4 years, can be considered imminent, and the despised actions of those that do the assaulting, cannot be tolerated.
To mention a few, there was the attack on the pre-school aged child, Masoom. Dignitaries from the United States have travelled to India after the attack on a young woman nearing the age 20s grouping, reference bus attack. Women from Europe seem to be the subject of predation, then an ensuing glorification of the incident, over the past couple of years. Now in the news, amongst other attacks on women, a Danish woman attacked in New Delhi, capital city, within the past few days. This most recent event reported to have occurred in or around Paharganj in New Delhi.
The world is to stand by, depending on vagary -?-, and respect one of the oldest known countries of the world, which in some view, is a country which has existed about as long as human history itself, over 5000 years for a number sake, especially in the arena of diplomacy. It so happens that a diplomat suffered some adversity in New York recently, December of 2012. Considering that the U.S. Embassy in the same locale of the referent recent Paharganj area incident, some of the protesting that went on over the past few years that concerned a number of principals strikes as having some conflicts of interest. Whether a wholly conflict of interest is really true, is another matter. Whether protesting at the Embassy is a 100% commensurate for arriving at the objective, is another matter. Protest against infringements upon the dignity of the Prophet after the 'Innocence' film, is brought up, when, the Prophet promoted traditions of kindness toward women; after one of his own daughters was killed, she one of the most honored persons in human history, he stopped himself from sadistic revenge. The attacks that have been occurring on women in India, have been in sharp contrast to the example of the Prophet. Meantime, the balance insofar being Just, alluding to the Just One and justice, all the way around, separate from when the New York incident occurred.
Overhaul of Wrongful 'Green Light' Mentality
Of concern, is the 'green light' mentality, of young men less fortunate in their abilities to discern morals. 'green light' mentality is referring to the out of proper proportion ideas that there is an 'okay' signal being given to them to assault, signals which might be the slightest. It might appear to be a 'cool' meaning 'trendy', activity for these male persons to involve themselves in that activity, to themselves; to those upright, these activities are looked down upon. A scenario based off real incidents, recently are reports of a number of females have been burnt alive for various reasons, such as 'failure' to have a child, some of whom were as young as there early 30s. This supposedly is a modal of behavior for referent young men in India. How could this principal stand when there are reports that the first wife of the Prophet Muhammad, was age 40, thereabout, when they were married? What about the births of Ishmael and Isaac, and the children of Prophet Ibrahim, how old were the mothers upon those births? The answer to these questions, is to bring to the forefront, an assessment of the rationale, if there is any, for the assaults, attacks, and killing, which have been going on in India recently with regularity.
