Reportedly Maafannu, sounds of the name perhaps having contradictions of the incident. The drug was reportedly heroin; this before going into the details of the heroin in the region, how pure, where derived, how potent or lethal, and so forth.
42kg is somewhere between 90 and a 100 pounds of drugs. That can be a lot, a whole lot, when only a fraction of a milligram of certain drugs is enough to kill a full grown healthy human being upon ingestion.
