Now think of what Officer Ramzziddin was doing when he was protecting his neighbor, a female that asked for help. And it is readily noticeable, the verse that discusses, neighborly needs. Refer Al Ma'un ayat or verse 7. Officer Ramzziddin did both, protected the woman, and was responding to the needs of his neighbor.
In other aspects in the tribute to the Officer, is the response of officials such as on the part of the Governor of Maryland Hogan, where there was no religious bias and ambivalence to show respects; which is looked upon in a very positive light. This being said when over recent years there has been a multitude of behaviors that have been biased based off of what they should not be.

How early in the process should it have been made a surety that the shooter received help.
Intending to stay brief, the subject of shooters needing psychological and emotional elements getting addressed earlier in the suspects' process of development of negativity better than later, has become recurrent, often; the shooting in Florida at Stoneman Douglas about ten days ago, the Sandy Hook shooting, the tragedy in Las Vegas at the Harvest Festival last October, and others, were situations where a man of some age stood behind a firearm and took the lives of others.
