Yet Another Police Officer Shot in Baltimore

Fortunately, as reports have it thus far, the Officer survived.

Fortunately, has more than just one meaning, maybe more than two-fold meaning.

Marylanders that are sincere are tired of Officers being the victim of gunfire.

There seems to be a huge gap leading to big misunderstanding.  Officers being shot is not supposed to happen; reality has unfolded that it has occurred as rare anomaly.  There are some individuals that do not seem to have their minds, nor their spirits straight enough to figure out that the types of shootings that have been going on, and far too frequently, in the past few years is a 'no-no'.

Earlier today, Sunday, an officer was rushed to the shock trauma unit, after an incident in the Poppleton neighborhood.  This neighborhood sits right off, heading away from downtown, and having boundaries of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and south of Route 40, Franklin Boulevard, spanning about a few blocks.  It surrounds the Edgar Allen Poe Museum.  Literally yards away from the University of Maryland hospital area.

Regularity of the heinous crime of targeting law enforcement has to go.  There is no getting used to a new culture of this erratic off-the-wall behavior, in our law enforcement suffering injury is a part of the society flow.
