For those that have vivid memories of the Anwar Sadat era and Camp David agreements, moments with Yasir Arafat in September of 1993 in Washington, a number of questions seem to present themselves simultaneously, among the protuberant is, is a truce that comes into being a truce within a set of peace efforts already made? Other questions include, if a truce and truces generally speaking, is being worked toward, is it indicative that historic peace agreements can be resultantly portrayed as cast aside?
