In and over about the past week, in Istanbul, Turkey, there has been protesting, that can be gauged as beyond a small gathering, a bit over moderate in intensity, but perhaps not a major catastrophe.
There are reports of over thousand persons arrested.
The impetus for the protesting is said to be over detainment of Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu.

After a parliament collaboration in Greece over the past few days, reports are that shortly after certain motions were taken unrest began.
Petrol incendiary involved.
About 200,000 or so persons were present to rally in Athens, the amount of persons would fill to max capacity 2 or 3 very large football stadiums.
Exactly what were all the dots between the incident, the no-confidence motion, and the unrest, that eventually led to clashes with riot control, is not exactly clear here at this moment ...
