Food Constraints Situation in the Holy Land Shouldn't be a 'Condescending Game'

All at one time:
'Your body has rights over you'
Necessities of humans popularly understood to be food, shelter, and clothing.
What is unraveled and raveled, forbidden and permissible, (halal/haram)- rules/guidance are even lifted when conditions are at certain points.
Sure, there are historical points that involved amazing things or feats such as stories of going a year without eating.
Part of the idea of that sort of pursuit can be that a conquest over the baser self could lead to a level of dignity that is above and beyond the need for food.
And when that is coupled with the Holy Land referring to the area known now as Palestine and Israel, it would seem that there are degrees below that dignity that if one is seen pursuing food as though bodily needs have been put in priority, then it is something to poke fun of.
Not quite.
The one who said your body has rights over you was several centuries before the referent stature gaining historical individual.
Now numerous great men have given the message about taking care of oneself as a matter of common sense.
There is a concern after seeing a number of news reports in recent weeks, that not only are news reports being written in a way to ridicule or paint a portrayal of those hungry in a way that elicits condescending, but that there may have been a game played to set up shop up for that.
Hence the 'Condescending Game'.
Hey, stories of the 'last days and times' disrespect somewhat reflected on here. Since when does any part of the earth purposely set up another part of the earth simply so that others can condescend them? It is not acceptable. Please steer way from being involved in that behavior.

--Commands may have arrived to 'run' for the food for a number of reasons:
- the food could spoil quickly in the climate
- animals could eat it
