Interpolation of homicide rates and levels based off data from numerous sources, used as selection criteria of regions to form chart .

Until excessive homicides subside significantly, a set of cities, counties, and/or regions will be juxtaposed with homicide stories so that we can all get on the same page in the effort to reduce the homicides.
