To kill ones brother and does not care.
There is a difference between to kill one's brother to save one's brother, and to just kill one's brother.
We all hope that killing of one's brother comes to a halt.

In Greece a few years back, similar scenes took place regarding economic related unsettlement.
It happened in one place in Europe, does that mean, it is 'okay', no it is not okay, anywhere, anytime.
