The first thing that should come to mind with respect to Ukraine, should be a land of fresh airs and tranquility. Unfortunately, in the past few weeks, the region has witnessed a surge in turbulence, where the attributions of an ideal place to visit, is replaced by headline stories remindful of the turbulence that has taken place over the century in Ireland referring to the IRA and their plight. So, in the effort not to allow this kind of turnaround, focus is maintained on the positive aspects of the region.
Albeit, historical trends stated about Ukraine have come to the forefront as the surge in tension continues. Plausibly the reason for the push to have history made available, is for the purpose to further understand the conflict taking place. Among the history being reviewed, is the relationship that Ukraine has had over many years with its neighbors. Markedly subsumed in that, is what begs the question, is the world witnessing events that have occurred before, with implications along similar lines?
