Evasive Surges of Fire Setting and Violence in Baltimore City Continues through the Night of Monday April 27, 2015

Posted by HCN on Tuesday, April 28, 2015
At 9:40pm E.S.T.:
The City of Baltimore has multiple emerging hotspots of protesting and highly intense fires that have been set to buildings, that are 'hop-skotching' their way down toward the government centers of downtown Baltimore City. The pattern is moving from northwestern Baltimore at the Mondawmin Mall location and moving generally in a southeastern direction toward downtown, namely toward Camden, Inner Harbor areas.

Concerns include that fire control and extinguishing attempts might soon run out of resources. There are reservoirs, however, Baltimore is a relatively smaller city in geographical area, and the amount and number of resources might be limited in some respects.
Another concern is a 'lull before storm' manner in which infrastructure is being attacked, then backed-off from, law enforcement then leaves the area, then the infrastructure comes under a surge of attack later.
More news stories about the situation in Baltimore from this point onward, 9:50pm E.S.T., on a, as they can be done, when they are found out about, basis will be posted on our HCN Google Plus page, for the sake of time efficiency and effectiveness.
