Former Delaware AG and Son of Vice President, Succumbs

The legacy that Vice President Biden has left, is a long one.  Saturday, after bouts with cancer, his son, Joseph "Beau" Biden the Third has departed.  The amount of respect due is distinguished, as having military honors, AG, and status as a family of a leader in high status.
