Gloomy Woes Worsen in Trump Hometown New York

It seems about every week, or several times during a week, the social and physical community planning design construct of certain areas of New York, especially in the Bronx, are suffering from the in-grown cannot get along and venting phenomenon, as indicated, activities involving discomforting situations of violence and injury far too much.
Some of the incidents appear to be crimes in reverse.
Recently, woman adamant about getting off bus, exits at bad timing and winds getting fatally injured in the process. City culture knows for as long as buses have been out, that patrons grow frustrated when they do not get to get off on their stop, and might attempt to hop off contrary to the timing the bus operator does. Negative event happened notwithstanding.
A few days ago Tuesday, two men were stabbed at Pelham Gardens deli, over in Gun Hill area, broad daylight, about 11am, over some kind of argument that escalated. Was a stabbing to that level necessary? Of course not. What is sensed, is a sense of gloom and frustration, where beyond the proportional appropriate amount of defense is quickly multiplied in intensity under very minimal excuse.
Cops have also been getting ganged up on.
The venting.
Cause, perhaps - The frustration.
The cause, probably a general feeling of unhappiness.
Let's be honest, the pressure Trump is coming under right now as we speak, is not making everybody smile and hold hands across America.
In short, it is not helping.
Still to this date, there has been very little in the entire impeachment process of what any good lawyer already knows of the cuff, and off the hip, as knowledge they were ingrained with since their first days off law school, both sides of the issue, if that even be. Not to say that lawyers involved do know certain legal concepts, they just have not been brought up. So, both sides of the issue, in many ways in reality, is not even applicable, the whole case in entirety has what are perceived as flaws inconsistent with how the legal system works.
New Yorkers and many others, and in other locations where similar crimes have been happening, are walking around unhappy, and without certainty of what will or could happen next, the natural recipe for the heat of frustration to fill the atmosphere.
Two, two-fold, or one, conundrum needs a clean, elevated, solution, that is morally right from the ground up.
