Homicides from Gun Violence and Coinciding with Population Densities

Posted by HCN on Monday, July 25, 2016
When the Founding Fathers were laying the floors and blueprints to this great place we all look forward to known as America, was it going to be a scene of 240 years later, the only thing some people see and hear about us is gun violence rampant in cities where there are many African Americans, killings and gun violence for matters so trivial they were not worth raising an eyebrow about literally, in areas where Hispanics and Latinos live, briefly speaking, and in places where Natives and American Indians live, violence occurring in unspeakable ways over a the way a person turned his or her tongue for a few minutes and said something?

Regroup, reevaluate, rebuild, has got to be on the minds of leaders across the country, to reestablish the America that was meant to be.

The violence coinciding with certain population clusters in Memphis, Tennessee, who some say has one of the highest populations of African Americans today, Baltimore in Maryland, Los Angeles in California, certain regions in southern states of Texas and Louisiana, and Chicago, Illinois are among well known situations, has not only become a concern because of the amount of homicides and violence, but also because each region seems to be in its own world cut off from the rest of the national media, in the context of letting the national public know what is going on provided by larger media networks that have the capacity to make that happen in conjunction with them receiving an overwhelming number of stories.
Scenario to explain, a number of homicides occur in Memphis on a given span of 4 or 5 days, while in Baltimore about the same number of fatalities from violent crime in the same amount of days; news readers in Baltimore don't hear about what happened in Memphis.  In an isolated world is Memphis, Baltimore residents hear 2 or 3 times in an entire year a hundred homicides have occurred in 6 or 7 months; they are not in an isolated world.
