All 3 situations are ongoing, as of this moment, midnight, between the evening of April 27th 2015 and April 28th, 2015 E.S.T.

It may or may not be entirely clear, depending on what the source of information is, whether more tornadoes are due to touch-down in Texas in the hours imminent or not.  Reports have no one fatally injured, however, many are displaced.

In Baltimore City, fortunately, there have not been any severe-severe injuries beyond a law enforcement injured to extent of unconscious, and at least a dozen others received injuries such as broken bones.

In Los Angeles, accusations of wage theft stem to workers walking off the job from a handful of trucking companies, whereat trucking yards and port terminals are locations in the story or soon to be, per LA Times.
