In the effort to minimize limelighting of violence, in the effort to mitigate violence, exact details of what open milieu .. a nonrepeat concern exactly meant was not written out plainly. What that referred to, was a recent shooting in a fitness center in San Antonio. The event was right around the start of August.

Sometimes when one event involving firearms and a newly discovered situation that could potentially be used for that doing, is taken advantage of and hits the news, or doesn't hit national headlines, a repeat of some of the elements could soon follow in another location, unless the nonrepeat vigilance is effectively put in place.
