Shocking Fast Wildfire Jumps Highway in California Engulfs Vehicles, Maricopa County in Arizona Sees Rough Floods and West Nile Virus

Highway fire in California:
A brush first got started, then increased in intensity, and started spreading, rapidly, really rapidly; the fire spread so fast that it approached a highway, 'jumped' onto the highway, and set fire to about 20 vehicles, possibly double that amount or more.
So if not already, we now have a new minor emergency response and natural disaster prevention concern that needs a solution, which is how to keep drivers and their vehicles safe from fast moving wildfires on highways and roads, and how to perform an effective fire extinguishing and rescue operation when emergency vehicles cannot get the vehicles on fire, and aerial vehicles can barely see either because of the amount of smoke in the area.
As global warming continues, the 'hole in the ozone layer' not helping, increasing dry climates make for easier and faster fire spark conditions, and just like a freeway, augment thru-way zones for fires to rapidly spread, like flood waters rushing into irrigation channels.
The situation that has caught the eye of many news stories happened within the last couple of days, in area estimated over 50 miles northeast of Los Angeles on a major highway/freeway between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Nevada.  Cajon Pass the referent area is known for.  I-15 the artery.  In addition to cars and vehicles, a tractor trailer no exception, houses were also destroyed.  The size of the fire has consensus that at one point was about 3500 acres.

Flooding and West Nile Virus in Arizona:
Maricopa County was witness to flooding in the last couple of days that swept away houses, especially in the Wickenburg area, northwest of Phoenix.
Two fatalities are blamed on West Nile Virus, in the Maricopa County area in addition to.  West Nile in brief, but not limited to, has to do with sickness spread from flying insects like mosquitoes, then transmitted onto humans, the symptoms are flu-like or severer, causing problems to the human body that interfere with the natural carrying out of instruction sets the mind and body gives to itself.
