Manhunt for Elusive Sniper of Shooting Attack on Blooming Grove Police Barracks Ongoing

The sniper set.  Was it a male or female?  It did not matter at the time of the shooting.

It was the day after September 11th.  The day was almost complete.  Except for about an hour and just a few minutes.

Friday September 12th 2014 was when it happened.

Upon Trooper Bryon Dickson exiting the doorway, as news reports tell the story, a round went off from someplace that seems pretty clear gave easy predation to aim and penetrate the victim, and then to repeat the process a full minute and a half...
