During an attempted arrest by several officers, a tussle occurred, the suspect ran to a car, police ran after him, the 35 year old suspect turned the vehicle on, hit the accelerator, leaving two officers thrown to the ground, and the 3rd still in car eventually had to shoot the suspect, court appearance en segue.

HCN comment, rats have been running through food stores in DC or decades, the sort talked about probably for at least a century with or without Popeyes. The carrying in viruses, especially COVID-19, is what a large concern is, that the rats can travel around spreading viruses, and into the foods which could get distributed.

It is evident that lines in the sand have been drawn between right doers and wrongdoers. However, the situation may still make it more complex to discern and cull out terrorists from the Middle East.
Secondly, like Al-Qaeda, ISIS may be starting to shift on into obsolescence, and newer or transitioning groups out of it starting to get formed up, such as ISIS-K.
