Boat Found Off Coast of Dominican Republic With Skeletons of Persons from North Western Africa Along with What Appears to be Well Known Narcotic Type

Over the past few days, different sources are describing a find of a boat with decayed human remains, now skeletons, and along with it, a bag such as a backpack that appears to have a drug like cocaine in it.
Water military authorities from the Dominican are looking into it. The bodies found thus far, are being said to have been from Senegal and Mauritania.

Chile Cocaine and Marijuana Raid Nets $30 Million in Substance

In Chile, authorities came in when dark, seized about 30 million dollars worth of cocaine and marijuana, from some kind of compound; the event took place in the first few days of September 2014.  Melipilla was the site of this raid. 

Two months before then, a raid is reported to have evidently occurred, that netted about twice the amount than the one in Melipilla.  Melipilla is in the area in or around the Santiago Metropolitan region.

Between 5 to 6 Dozen Arrests Busts Up Heroin Ring In or Around Balkan Region

European police in a multinational coordinated effort arrested over 5 dozen persons from a number of countries and seized about 1300 pounds of heroin recently.  Reports are the Balkan route one of the methodologies of focus.
