The 'Business' of Using People and Mental Conditions as the 'Raw Material', Once Again Being Checked in the Spotlight

For many, they may be thinking, or have the same thing come to mind, I see this, and I see this.
Recently in the news, I see this: https://www.nbcnews.com/dealing-the-dead, Dealing the Dead, NBC News exposed how a Texas medical school dissected the unclaimed bodies of the poor and leased them out without people's consent or the knowledge of their families.

In the past, I have, or we have, seen, videos about those that may be susceptible, or in the wrong place at the wrong time, when they might've actually been in the right place, such as in school or connected points, like a school bus or walking home, often young men that were 'picked' up by folks in the ilk of bounty hunters, and taken in to institutions, psyche wards, and other for profit, very large profit, complexes.

In that movie, which reiterates the theme of 'for profit', "...a scam to generate enormous money", is said at about the close of the first minute of the film.
1+1 equals ? Unfortunately, simple math points to a very strong prospect that humans, alive or not, their brains physically, or their minds, are being used in 'for profit' plans, which might go beyond the core goal of betterment of psychiatric conditions.
