Woes in Belgrade Toward End of 2020 Might Be Custom Tailored But Not Starkly Unique

One of the salient issues in the policy definition, is the interface with Montenegro. Top news has at least 2 subsets that either have or had taut dialogue since this summmer. Set one has to do with Serbians in Montenegro, where there are reports they are not getting fair treatment, for instance in areas like work, education, and national symbols. Subset 2, dating a few months back, has to do with Montenegro individuals in Serbia, where questions abound such as should they be granted equal footing on rungs of high stature that involve running aspects of the government, especially if they do not speak Serbian, as the Health Minister Loncar voiced back in July.

In the news has been the frequency of use of shelters by relatively high numbers, whereat, usually shelters are assocated with concern; the current pandemic of COVID-19 which has, consistent with pandemic, been pretty much universal, so viewpoints on use of shelters possibly adjusted to befit the circumstance.
The way the stories are written it makes it seem that children have perceived there is a global threat, likely the coronavirus pandemic, but have not quite exactly asertained everything that comprises the threat.
